Information we collect
- Account details such as your name, email address, verification status, and authentication records.
- Content you submit for rewriting and the generated output when account history is enabled.
- Usage, credit, job, provider, security, and diagnostic records needed to operate and protect the service.
- Billing status and transaction identifiers from payment and metering providers. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.
- Technical information such as IP address, device/browser details, request timestamps, and security signals.
How we use information
- Provide authentication, rewriting, saved history, billing, support, and account administration.
- Measure credit usage, prevent duplicate charges, process refunds, and reconcile subscription events.
- Detect abuse, enforce rate limits, investigate failures, and protect users and infrastructure.
- Improve product reliability and understand aggregate feature usage without placing submitted or generated text in analytics events.
AI processing and service providers
Text submitted for humanizing is sent to the AI provider selected by the application so it can produce the requested output. The service also relies on Cloudflare for hosting, security, database and object storage; Better Auth for authentication software; and configured billing, metering, email, and AI providers where applicable.
These providers process information under their own contractual and security obligations. Provider availability may vary by mode and deployment configuration.
Storage and retention
Account information and saved source text or output are stored securely for bypassgpt.si according to your history settings. You may disable history or select an available retention period from account settings.
Security, billing, audit, and transaction records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Your choices and rights
- Review or change your history and retention settings.
- Request access, correction, export, or deletion of applicable personal information.
- Delete your account from account settings, subject to records we must retain for legitimate billing, security, or legal purposes.
- Contact privacy@bypassgpt.si to exercise privacy rights. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, encrypted connections, private storage boundaries, audit records, rate limits, and secret-management practices appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
Children and changes
Bypass GPT is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Local law may require a higher minimum age.
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material revisions will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
