Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and meet the minimum age required in your location. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account.
The service
Bypass GPT provides AI-assisted rewriting, saved history, editing, downloads, and related account features. Outputs are generated probabilistically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing and using them.
We may modify features, models, limits, or interfaces to maintain security, reliability, and product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular third-party detector score.
Plans, credits, and billing
- Plan access and credit consumption follow the pricing displayed when you purchase. Stronger modes may use more credits per source word.
- Subscriptions renew at the selected interval until canceled. Annual prices are charged annually even when an effective monthly amount is displayed.
- Monthly subscription credits reset and do not roll over unless the pricing page expressly says otherwise. Eligible top-up credits follow the terms shown at purchase.
- Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-provider fees may apply.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You grant us and our service providers a limited right to process that content solely to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and authority to submit the content and use the resulting output. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless you have determined the service is appropriate for it.
Acceptable use and suspension
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material violations. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Bypass GPT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or reliance on generated output. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination and general terms
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these terms with reasonable notice for material changes.
