- Academic misconduct, fabricated citations or evidence, or misrepresenting AI-generated work where disclosure is required.
- Manipulating reviews, elections, public processes, identity checks, hiring, admissions, or regulated decisions through deception.
- Attempting to bypass plan limits, rate limits, access controls, billing controls, or provider safeguards.
Responsible output use
Review outputs before publication or reliance. Verify facts, citations, legal or medical statements, and subject-specific details. Disclose AI assistance when required by law, policy, contract, school, employer, publisher, or platform rules.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and apply proportionate measures including warnings, generation limits, removal of access, suspension, termination, or preservation and disclosure of records when legally required. Contact abuse@bypassgpt.si to report misuse.
