Canceling a subscription
You may cancel through the billing portal before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Canceling does not automatically refund the current period.
3-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of your first paid subscription charge within 3 days of the charge by contacting billing@bypassgpt.si. Include the account email and charge date so we can locate the payment. This guarantee applies to the initial subscription charge, not renewal charges or credit top-ups. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory refund rights under applicable consumer law.
Credits and top-ups
Consumed subscription credits and consumed top-up credits are not refundable. Unused top-ups are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a duplicate or erroneous charge is confirmed. Failed generation reservations are returned automatically when the system records a qualifying failure.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment providers and banks control posting time. Access, credits, or subscription status may be adjusted to reflect a refund and the adjustment will be recorded in the billing audit history.
